Imam Rafique gave the Jumuah khutbah at ICN this past Friday. It was amazing. He spoke about the importance of being grateful to Allah for all things, especially for making us Muslims. He really did an awesome job. He spoke without notes, and the message was clear and to the point. He was quite articulate and passionate while speaking. Also, he was very knowledgeable about his subject and presented many evidences to support his statements. I guess this is a testament of his excellent training he received while at the Islamic University of Medinah. I pray that he joins us here in Nashville as our new Imam. I look forward to attending his classes.
