I’m trying to resolve an issue concerning an item I purchased on ebay. Here is the item I purchased:

It just so happens that it doesn’t work. It didn’t fit my laptop, or a few others in my lab. I contacted the seller and he wanted me to return the item on my buck. Well, I replied and said the he should pay for the shipping. I never received a reply, so I left an appropriate feedback for the seller. Following this, the seller contacted me and decided that he should pay for the return shipping. I guess ebay’s feedback function really does work.
